Visualization is one of the best tools for athletes to learn new movements. Being able to watch and see ones self perform an action for some is the best way to learn and improve. Kinesthetic awareness is a necessary tool for all athletes. We go over your video and break it down explaining what we are seeing and fixes to make. We then post them to YouTube! which makes viewing the video easy and also provides a fun way for the kids to see themselves and share their video with others!
